Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Enrollment: By joining the iTrade Edge Academy affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Enrollment in the program requires completion of the affiliate application and acceptance by iTrade Edge Academy.
Refund Policy: iTrade Edge Academy offers a 7-day refund period to clients referred by affiliates. If a referred client requests a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase, the affiliate commission for that referral will be voided.
Commission Payments: Affiliate commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Payments are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month, provided the affiliate’s commission balance meets the minimum payout threshold. Any outstanding commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be carried over to the next payment period.
Commission Structure: Affiliate commissions are calculated based on successful referrals that result in confirmed purchases by referred clients. Commission rates and structures are outlined separately and are subject to change at the discretion of iTrade Edge Academy.
Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote iTrade Edge Academy using ethical and responsible marketing practices. Promotion through spamming, misleading information, or any other unethical means is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the affiliate program.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect the intellectual property rights of iTrade Edge Academy. Unauthorized use of iTrade Edge Academy’s trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials is prohibited.
Banking Information: In order to facilitate commission payments, iTrade Edge Academy will store your personal banking information securely. This information will only be used for the purpose of processing affiliate commission payments and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Termination: iTrade Edge Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by iTrade Edge Academy.
Modification of Terms: iTrade Edge Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to ensure compliance.
